It is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. However, this is not a pet friendly property, no pets allowed. The Villages, Florida has all the activities you could dream of. With your temporary Resident ID you have access to 33 executive golf courses and 12 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. Whether your a beginner or if have a low handicap. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events. Explore one the 3 public squares. The home was very well kept and had everything we could need for our visit to The Villages. It was very close to shopping and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing it was missing was a full length mirror.

This house was very, very clean. Beautiful inside and out. The town square is only 1 mile down the road, the town square has shops, restaurants and day/night activities for anyone. Perfect location.

My family spent 4 nights and we couldn’t be happier. Everything clean and fresh and new. Lana from the management company was also super friendly and took great care of us. Location is great with the house backing up to a little field. Quiet and comfortable and the golf cart was excellent to have. 100% recommend. We look to return.

Love the house, updated and decorated beautifully! Whole house audio system, controls by refrigerator mounted in wall, a huge plus! Master bedroom/closet/shower is awesome! 1 mile from Spanish Springs Town Square, about 2 miles from Lake Sumner town Square, live music 5 to 9 PM every night, we didn’t know this at first, but install the villages app on your phone to get golf cart trails very helpful! So much fun!
No backyard neighbors. 4 min to Spanish Springs and 11 min to SumterKanding via golf cart. Recommend you check the lp tank on the grill so you don't get in the middle of a grilling and have it go empty after only using the grill once before with no spare tank available. Other than that it was a fantastic rental.
