No a/c for a night and whole day was 90+ degrees not pleasant but Thankfully Amanda was so prompt and kind we had it repaired within the next day..and gas tank on golf cart was not full but we filled it up anyway even tho we only drove it once to pool , neighbors were very nice
We were mostly happy with this rental; however there were some minor issues with the maintenance of the house. I reported near arrival the grill propane tank was empty (told to go buy one myself) golf cart’s oil light came on late January, the immediate response lead me to believe service would not be optimal, so we worked around other issues until a week before we left when I thought next renter would want them fixed. maintenance was quickly performed the day before we left including fixing gas stove, leaking faucets, filling propane and new washer/ dryer.
