It is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including complimentary use of an electric golf cart. However, this is not a pet friendly property, no pets allowed. Enjoy your mornings on the enclosed lanai. All of our properties have WiFi, Cable/satellite TV. The Villages, Florida has all the activities you could dream of. With your temporary Resident ID you have access to 33 executive golf courses and 12 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. Whether your a beginner or if have a low handicap. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the Villages. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working, but Lana from Homebase Rentals was top-notch professional in assisting to have it repaired.

We had a wonderful time in vacation rental home in the Villages. Great location, tons of activities, home was beautiful and property management very responsive!!!
Beautifully presented house, really clean and comfortable with everything that we could possibly need present. We were very sad when our 5 weeks came to an end.
