First time to the Villages and enjoyed staying in this home very much. Clean, spacious, and great location. Welcoming touches were appreciated- snack basket, initial supplies like coffee, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, water. Golf cart was used daily. Would definitely stay again!

House was clean and in good location. I would recommend to anyone staying there to call the rental company right away as we were charged for a TV that we did not break. When we arrived there were a couple of things broken, window by front door was
shattered and TV stand was broken when we arrived. We took pics and provide them to the rental company and was charged for the TV even though our photo had a date stamp on it. Rental company was not good to work with unfortunately. I am sure this is no reflection on the owner of the property however we will not rent through Homestead again.

We had a great experience at The Villages. The property we rented for a month was superb. Close to shopping, golf & most activities. We wanted to rent for next year as soon as we got there but was unavailable. The only issue I had was the right of 1st refusal to rent again.

I rented this property for my son and his family so they would be near us, yet have some privacy of their own. The house was conveniently located to our house (walking distance). Each grand-daughter had her own bed room and bath, The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The neighbors we met were very friendly.

Home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. appliances were modern and worked well. A good refrigerator is a must for me. And finally, Homebase management company, ABSOLUTELY AWSOME. They are so friendly and responsive. Took time to give advice on beaches and nearby things to do. I highly recommend renting through homebase management.
