What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM

 

Can we check in early or check out late?

Yes for a nominal fee you are able to check in early or check out late depending upon availability. Please contact our office to schedule early check in

 

What if we are running late?

This is not usually an issue because our homes offer electronic keyless entry.

 

What if we want to extend our stay?

Please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Is the property that I see on the internet the actual property I will get?

Yes, all of our properties are photographed to show the property you will staying in.

 

Are any of the properties pet friendly?

Yes, we do have properties that are Pet Friendly.

 

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions?

You will receive all of the necessary information via email prior to your arrival.

 

Do you allow smoking in the property?

None of our properties allow smoking.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow cancellation until 90 days prior to arrival with a $595 Cancellation fee. Any reservation that is cancelled after 90 days prior to arrival will be non-refundable. s.

 

Will the house be professionally cleaned prior to arrival?

Yes, our properties are cleaned upon guest check out and touched up before guest arrival.

 

When will my security deposit be refunded?

Security Deposits are refunded within 14 days after departure.

 

Do you offer Homewatch services for an owner?

Yes, please contact our office about our Homewatch program
